It is extremely rare to get such great people when you're doing home improvements. To start with we were notified immediately to let us know when he was available to give the cost estimate on painting our living space excluding our bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner arrived at our house on time and after walking the various areas he put a plan together and contacted us that night with an extremely fair estimate on the paint and labor.
