We avoid painting when it's over 85 degrees because the paint dries too fast and doesn't cure properly. Spring and fall are our main seasons. If you need summer work, we can talk about early morning starts and shaded sides.
What if you find wood rot or damage?
We'll point it out and give you options. Some damage needs repair before we paint. We can handle minor fixes or recommend a contractor for bigger structural issues. We won't paint over rot because it won't hold.
